Advisory Services

We are able to offer clients a range of services which include:

  • Originate development opportunities on behalf of clients
  • Secure and market sites, either on or off-market
  • Provide integrate development, planning and design support in terms of optimising the potential of sites

Land promotion

We will promote land and development opportunities, often in partnership with end users such as house builders, retailers and commercial developers, through the planning process. We work with a wide variety of landowners including private, institutional funds, public bodies and educational establishments.

  • Focus our search on the south of England, in particular the Thames Valley and into London
  • Work closely with a loyal network of Land Agents, from independents to national organisations
  • Sites of 0.5 acres upwards considered
  • Sectors include: Residential / Senior Living / Commercial / Logistics / Mixed-use
  • Access to in-house leading planning and design teams
  • Manage the planning process
  • Secure planning permission through investment at our risk
  • Work in partnership with Agents, when required by vendors, to market the site to maximise the potential return
  • Where appropriate sourcing opportunities for, and working in partnership with, both existing and new clients of Broadway Malyan, Nexus Planning, and Iver Consulting
